The Energy Medicine Practitioner will serve as a humble guide of the universal flow of divine light. Each of your main 7 energy centers (chakras) will be balanced. The Energy Medicine Practitioner will use essential oils, along with meditation music, sound therapy and prayer during this session. Smuding/Saging and Palo Santo is also used to clear and cleanse away any negative or stuck energy attached to the client. Many people describe Energy Healing as Meditation and Massage combined. REFLEXOLOGY - 30 Minute Treatment

This healing treatment is offered in 30 minute sessions. The Reflexologist will use essential oils and CBD lotion to press, feel and heal your feet.Your hand chakras will be balanced as well.Allowing you to release any tension and feeling relief through certain pressure points.The human anatomy is on the sole of your feet. Many patients have received instant relief and health improvements after reflexology treatments. This is a natural form of physical detox as toxins are broken down and eliminated out of the body energetically and through hydration.

Consultation and Consent. You meet with the CHN and discuss current health condition(s), medications and supplements. Patient is responsible for the fee for blood lab orders, unless he or she has current blood labs within the last 30 days. After blood lab results are received and reviewed the CHN will collaborate a Holistic Nutrition plan and report. The patient and CHN will meet and go over every thing and answer any questions. A follow up on blood labs, will be determined at that time.

EAR CANDLING

Therma-Auricular Therapy, is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine practice that is proven to improve general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hallow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal. This therapy is an ancestral technique used for cleansing and detoxifying the ears, sinuses, nose and throat, through herbal cones that are decontaminated and drain substances and microorganisms – infectious spores, fungus and cerumen – causing various pains; it also releases the closed pores and regenerates cutaneous breathing helping, at the same time, to restore the correct tension of the eardrum after having undergone alterations of pressure due to mountain stays, air travel, bathing or underwater diving, which can create the annoying feeling of “covered ears.” It is a natural method, which allows perfect hygiene of the ear without any risk. This Aerial Yoga class is recommended for beginners and ALL types of fitness levels. You will be instructed and guided through various stretching techniques, movements and holds, including breath work, using the Fly. This class is a great way to release the stress and weight from the day or even to stretch out before or after your next class.

FLY FLOW ~ AERIAL FITNESS

This class is our moderate level - Aerial Fitness class. You will experience a dance aerobic vibe with a fusion of yoga and pilates. You will utilize the main sling of Fly Gym in all holds and positions. Fluidity is achieved along with flexibility increasing.

MEDITATION

COCOON//MEDITATION

This is a class offered to help you disconnect from the weight of the world. while allowing you to connect with your inner self. This anti - gravity experience will leave you feeling lighter and more euphoric. Meditation music is played along with some Sound Healing Meditation. Essential Oils are offered as well. Feel free to bring a journal. Tissues are available...as emotions tend to flow during this sacred peaceful time.

BREATHWORK

EXHALE BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE

Exhale Breathwork Experience

This 60-minute breathwork class is your invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect. Through conscious, intentional breathing, we’ll calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and release the weight of daily stress.

Class begins with grounding and intention-setting before moving into a guided breathwork session, lying down with eyes closed and supported by music. This practice helps regulate stress, ease anxiety, and create the inner stillness needed for better sleep and emotional balance.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body carrying a renewed sense of peace into your day-to-day life.

All levels are welcome. The only requirement is that you can breathe.

Facilitated by Morgan Benson — Human Design Coach, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Founder of Breathe Your Design.

Contraindications: Please let me know before class if you are pregnant, or if you experience seizures/epilepsy, so I can support you appropriately.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

RESTORATIVE YOGA FLOW

This 60 minute class, focuses on stretching out your entire body while developing increased flexibility. We also focus on improving our posture, balance & coordination, with simple yoga stretching techniques that promote movement therapy.
Guided breathing exercises are included in this class. Sound Healing during savasana.

Restorative Yoga Flow is a class designed for all abled body individuals, which means it is for everyone regardless of gender, age, size or flexibility.
If you can breathe, you can do move.
This class will consist of gentle movements, stretches, poses/postures in tandem with breath-work and meditation.
You will move your body and spirit as one. We invite you to think Restorative Yoga Flow as prayer in motion regardless of your religion or spiritual preference.
Expect each class to be slightly different yet with a thread of consistency.
We will suggest modifications so that you may adapt the pose to fit your body where it is today.
We will also be available to you personally for gentle hands-on adjustments as the instructor walks around the room.

BLOCKS, MATS & STRAPS ARE AVAILABLE

This class will speak to all of your senses and leave you with a full body experience.
Please come with an open heart, open mind and a smile. Feel free to bring a journal, you might desire to journal your ideas or feelings.

Note: If or when there are only women in the class, we will tailor it to specifically for women. Women are sacred beings and holding space for women is so important.

AERIAL ARTS

INTRO TO AERIAL HOOP

This class is meant for those who have been wanting to take an Aerial Hoop//Lyra class, but don’t know where to start. You’ll get to take the time to get to know your apparatus and understand the basic terminology. You’ll also get to know the space where we teach, this way you can feel more comfortable and confident about taking a class with other aerialists. There will be limited spaces available. Ages 10yrs + are welcome to join! If you have any further questions please feel free to message us directly.

AERIAL HOOP ⭕️ LYRA

Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra, is a circular metal hoop suspended from the ceiling used in various circus acts and aerial acrobatics. In this class you will learn the fundamentals for aerial hoop which includes posing, dancing and dynamic movements.

When attending an aerial class please wear clothes that are form fitting and easy to move around in. A t-shirt or tank top paired with leggings or joggers works great! We recommend wearing a shirt that covers your midriff and if you would like to wear shorts please wear stockings underneath. This will help prevent the silks and hoop from scraping or burning your skin. Please no lotion or jewelry. Lotion can make your skin slippery which will affect your practice and the hoop can damage your jewelry.

NO PREGNANT STUDENTS WILL BE PERMITTED FOR SAFETY REASONS.

FLY CIRCUIT ~ AERIAL ARTS

A Strength and Conditioning class utilizing the Fly Gym and it's accessories in circuits to build upper body and core strength, increase flexibility and range of motion. You will begin inverting and learning and practicing creative Aerial Tricks.

Is used to perform aerial acrobatics on a specified length of fabric rigged from a point on the ceiling. Utilizing strength and flexibility you will learn how to dance and pose on the fabric while having fun.

Sheila is a true healer. I'm still in awe in all she was able to do for me in such a short amount of time. I was dealing with a horrible infection that destroyed my body and after taking 3 different types of medication (antibiotics) and finding no relief, I resorted to looking into other options.

I was feeling hopeless, fragile, and scared when I walked in but Sheila welcomed me with a warm hug and took my last minute reservation for a Reiki/Reflexology session. She cleansed me of all the negative energy and blockages in my body. I still can't believe that she did it, but she healed me!

If you are thinking about coming here, do it. You will not regret it. Thank you, Sheila, for offering these services to the community and for treating me with compassion and care. I will be coming back for the meditation classes and other services.

I experienced my first sound bath therapy (floating in a caccoon) and it was incredible! I went in with a migraine and before the session ended, I was feeling 100% better. I’ve suffered from migraines for 30 years - I didn’t even go for that reason, but I found a solution. My mind and body felt very relaxed . I’ve already booked a private follow up session. I can’t wait to try out all the classes!
