Solitude Healing Arts truly lives up to its name. Sheila’s Fly Stretch class has been transformative—she’s a gifted spiritual leader who eased my back pain and released so much stress. I left each class feeling peaceful, grounded, and slept deeply afterward. Morgan’s Breathwork even relieved a nine-day migraine. These classes are powerful, and I’m excited to experience more of what Solitude Healing Arts offers.

Sheila rules. The energy here is so warm and grounding and it is one of those places you instantly feel better just walking into. Restorative yoga here is the best and every class leaves me feeling relaxed, centered, and recharged. Love this place!
